Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive Field Sales Executive to meet business clients and promote our IT products and services, including Tally Software Licenses, Subscriptions, Tally Services, Customisation, ERP Solutions, and Cloud Hosting Services.

The candidate will be responsible for product demonstrations, understanding customer needs, negotiations, and closing sales for the assigned Lines of Business (LOBs).

Responsibilities:

- Meet business clients to demonstrate and promote products and services under the assigned LOB.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Conduct effective product demonstrations and negotiate pricing and terms.
- Close deals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Build robust customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Share market feedback, customer preferences,



and competitor information.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and implementation.
- Maintain accurate records of customer meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in field sales, preferably in the IT/software industry.
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of Tally Software, ERP, or Cloud Hosting is an advantage.
- Target-oriented approach with proven sales performance.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel (within Pune) and meet customers within the assigned territory.
- Possession of a Two Wheeler is a must
