Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce.
- CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA Finance preferred.
- 10+ years of accounting experience.

Required Skills

- GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- ERP systems (SAP).
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Financial analysis and reporting.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Timely financial closing.
- Accuracy of financial statements.
- Compliance and audit observations.
- Reduction in outstanding receivables.
- Timely submission of MIS reports.

Financial Accounting & Reporting

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions in ERP.
- Perform ledger scrutiny and account reconciliations.
- Monitor month-end and year-end closing activities.

Accounts Payable

- Accounting of bills, debit notes, credit notes etc.
- Vendor payments




- Vendor Reconciliations.

Accounts Receivable

- Accounting of customer receipts.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Customer collections

GST, Taxation & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

Cost Control

- Analyze manufacturing and operational costs.
- Provide recommendations for cost reduction and process improvements.
- Costing and profitability analysis.

Audit & Internal Controls

- Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
- Maintain supporting documentation for audits.
- Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and company policies.

Asset Accounting

- Account for fixed assets, depreciation, and asset verification.
