Position: Architectural & Structural Revit Modeller

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Architectural & Structural Revit Modeller with hands-on Revit experience to develop accurate 3D models and construction-ready drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create detailed architectural and structural models using Revit.
- Prepare working drawings, shop drawings, and BOQs.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams.
- Update models as per design changes and site requirements.
- Ensure drawings comply with industry standards and project specifications.
- Extract drawings, schedules, and quantities from Revit models.

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in Revit Architecture and Revit Structure.




- Working knowledge of Navisworks.
- Positive knowledge of RCC drawings, detailing, and basic structural concepts.
- Experience with GFC drawings.
- Working drawing knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Diploma / Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- Experience in residential and commercial projects.
- Knowledge of BIM standards and coordination.
