Duties and Responsibilities

The role will require a strong understanding of Professionals, industry knowledge, market intelligence and underwriting processes at BFL to ensure that only credit-worthy firms/Individuals are extended loans in line with BFL's risk policies. The incumbent will be responsible for underwriting loans in their specific locations,



which will mostly be pre-qualified / pre-approved by the Risk team, and require quick processing TATs, in the following businesses:

Skilled Loans: Monthly disbursements are expected to cross Cr in these businesses. Thus each Credit Manager is expected to process Cr of loan applications.

- Underwriting of Loans to Professionals within defined time lines.
- Drive ownership of internal processes compliance with underwriting policies
- Support Business, Risk Operations in meeting the long term goals of the respective businesses
