About India Pack

India Pack is a B2B packaging procurement firm based in Pune. For about ten years we have sourced FIBCs (big bags), PP woven bags, BOPP bags, flexible pouches and container liners from a network of 10+ audited Indian manufacturers, for buyers in the UK, Germany, Scandinavia, the USA and the Middle East.

We are a sourcing intermediary, not a manufacturer. Our value to buyers is factory selection, quality checks, document review, production follow-up and delivery management, all at an all-inclusive price with no separate fee.

We have recently relaunched our website and started a structured inbound and outbound marketing programme: technical blogs, a weekly PP raffia and crude oil price brief, LinkedIn content and targeted outreach to procurement teams at importers and industrial users. We are hiring someone to own and grow this programme.

This role sits at the point where marketing meets sales. You will build the pipeline of qualified enquiries from international buyers, from finding the right companies and contacts, through content and outreach, to handing warm leads to the sales team with the context they need.

Key responsibilities

Target accounts and pipeline

- Build and maintain a named list of target companies (importers, distributors and industrial users of FIBCs and woven packaging) in Europe, the USA, Latin America, Australia, and the Middle East, with the right procurement contacts.
- Research accounts using trade directories, trade show exhibitor lists, import data tools and LinkedIn.
- Keep all accounts, contacts and activity up to date in our CRM (Odoo).

Outbound and email marketing

- Plan and run personalised outbound email and LinkedIn sequences to target accounts.
- Run the weekly price brief as a subscribable email: list growth, sending, and open and reply tracking.
- Manage email deliverability: domain setup, list hygiene and sending limits.

Content, SEO and GEO

- Plan and publish technical blogs, product pages and LinkedIn posts with the Managing Partners, using our content production process and editorial rules.
- Improve search rankings for priority product and buyer-intent keywords, and visibility in AI search tools (GEO).
- Brief and produce simple visuals: infographics, social images and short product videos.
- Make sure every technical or regulatory claim is checked against its source before it is published.

LinkedIn and paid campaigns

- Run the company LinkedIn page and support the Managing Partners' personal profiles.
- Plan, run and optimise small, targeted LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns within an agreed budget.

Lead handling and sales support

- Respond to inbound website and email enquiries within agreed timelines, qualify them and hand them to the sales team.
- Prepare first-level information for prospects: product spec sheets, capability notes and follow-ups.

Analytics and reporting

- Track website, email, LinkedIn and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console and platform dashboards.
- Send a short weekly report and a monthly review: what worked, what did not,

and what to change next.

Must have

- 2 to 5 years in B2B digital, growth or performance marketing, with campaigns you can show results for.
- Hands-on experience with outbound or email marketing tools and LinkedIn for B2B lead generation.
- Working knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Excellent written English. You will write for procurement managers in Europe, the UK and the USA.
- Comfortable with data: Excel or Google Sheets, building simple reports and drawing conclusions from them.
- Comfortable using AI tools for research and drafting, and careful about checking their output.
- A graduate degree in any discipline; marketing, business or engineering preferred.

Good to have

- Experience in export, manufacturing, industrial products or packaging.
- Experience with a CRM (Odoo, HubSpot, Zoho or similar).
- Basic design skills (Canva, Figma or similar) and short-form video editing.
- Experience running LinkedIn or Google Ads campaigns for international audiences.
- A second foreign language (German, French or Arabic).

What we offer

- Ownership of the marketing programme for an established export business, with direct access to the Managing Partners.
- Exposure to international B2B trade: buyers, factories, logistics and regulation across several markets.
- A competitive fixed salary plus quarterly performance and annual retention bonuses.
- A small team where your work shows up directly in the pipeline.

How to apply

Send your CV and two or three examples of your work (a campaign, a piece of content, or a report with results) to [email address], with the subject line "Growth Marketing Executive [Your name]". Tell us in a few lines how you would find and reach 150 procurement managers at European packaging buyers.
