Role & responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using Gantt charts and other visualization tools.
- Customer coordination and inter-department coordination.
- Identify and resolve project issues and escalate as needed.
- Conduct regular meetings / follow-ups to ensure project tasks are completed on time
- Attend project review meetings and provide project updates to customer
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project deliverables align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Attend to customers during factory acceptance trials and prepare minutes of meetings




- Review complete technical documentation package to validate product performance against customer requirements and suggest modifications as needed.

Preferred candidate profile

- B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
- Minimum 2 years experience working as a Project Engineer in a machine building environment
- Robust written and verbal (English) communication skills
- Proficiency MS Excel and Powerpoint
- Knowledge of project management principles and best practices
- Prior experience with customer management or extensive interfacing with customers and cross-functional teams
