Job Description : Sr Executive (UPVC Doors and window divisions)

Location : Noida

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular visits to assigned dealers/fabricators to ensure product availability, display, and stock health..
- Support dealers with product knowledge training, POS material placement, and scheme communication.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets for the region.
- Build relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and institutional/project buyers to generate business leads.
- Conduct regular market visits to track competitor activity, pricing, and emerging opportunities.
- Act as the first point of contact for dealer queries/complaints and escalate unresolved issues to the ASM.
- Coordinate with the manufacturing/production team for order execution and dispatch schedules.
- Handle dealer and customer queries/complaints in coordination with the technical and service teams.
- Support dealer meets,



product demonstrations, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Provide regular market feedback, sales forecasts, and MIS reports to management.

We're Looking For

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred (not mandatory).
- 2-7 years of relevant sales experience, preferably from the uPVC/aluminium doors & windows or architectural hardware industry.
- Comfortable with high field mobility and daily on-ground visits..
- Existing network of fabricators, dealers, architects, or builders in the assigned territory is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of dealer/retail sales dynamics; prior dealer-facing experience is a plus.
