We are looking for energetic, transparent-spoken, and dynamic female Telecallers to join our real estate sales team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential property buyers, qualifying leads, pitching residential/commercial projects, and scheduling site visits.

Experience: Fresher to 1 year (Freshers are welcome to apply)

Location: Greater Noida

Working Hours: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

- Call leads provided through digital marketing campaigns and the database.
- Pitch real estate properties, residential projects, and investment options to prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property solutions.
- Schedule and confirm site visits for the field sales team.




- Follow up regularly with potential clients to convert queries into bookings.
- Maintain clean daily call records and CRM data.

Requirements & Skills

- Minimum Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate in any stream.
- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic understanding of English is a plus.
- Polite, persuasive, and confident speaking manner over the phone.
- Willingness to learn real estate market dynamics.
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel/Word/Google Sheets).
