US RC - Team Lead Recruitment Services 8+ Years - Noida

We are looking for an experienced US RC / Fulfilment Partner Team Lead with 8+ years of experience in US IT recruitment, recruitment coordination, vacancy management, or similar recruitment operations. The ideal candidate brings strong MSP/RPO exposure, proven experience managing a team of 10+ members, and expertise in operational governance, KPI management, stakeholder engagement, and SLA-driven delivery. This role offers an opportunity to lead recruitment operations, enhance service quality, and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

1. Overseeing daily Recruitment Coordinator (RC) and Fulfilment Partner (FP) operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
2. Reviewing PageUp activities, reports, and recruitment statuses to maintain process compliance and data accuracy.
3. Monitoring Time to Offer (TTO), SLAs, and operational KPIs to identify risks and improve delivery performance.
4. Conducting regular team reviews, one-to-one discussions, and coaching sessions to strengthen individual and team performance.
5. Leading stakeholder alignment calls and resolving operational escalations in collaboration with sourcing, onboarding, and vetting teams.
6. Identifying aged vacancies, recruitment bottlenecks, and process gaps to drive timely resolution and improved outcomes.
7. Conducting regular audits and quality checks to ensure adherence to recruitment processes and governance standards.
8. Supporting shared inbox management, recurring reporting, and operational delivery during high-volume periods or team absences.
9. Driving knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and accountability across the recruitment operations team.

Requirements

1. Holding a graduate degree in any discipline with 8+ years of experience in US IT recruitment, recruitment coordination,



vacancy management, or similar recruitment operations.
2. Bringing at least 2 years of experience in team leadership and process management.
3. Demonstrating experience leading a team of 10+ members, including performance management, coaching, feedback, and individual development.
4. Possessing essential MSP/RPO recruitment operations experience and strong knowledge of US IT recruitment processes.
5. Demonstrating expertise in stakeholder management, operational governance, quality assurance, and escalation management.
6. Having hands-on knowledge of PageUp or similar recruitment systems, operational reporting, and data analysis.
7. Demonstrating strong communication, planning, prioritisation, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
