Job Overview

Berger Paints is looking for motivated and customer-oriented candidates for the position of Store & Field Executive in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting customers at the store, providing product information, and conducting field visits to project sites as required.

Key Responsibilities

Store Operations

- Attend to customers visiting the store and understand their requirements.
- Provide information about paint products, features, and suitable applications.
- Assist customers in selecting products according to their needs.
- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.

Field Operations

- Visit project sites and customer locations as required.




- Coordinate with customers and site representatives.
- Understand project requirements related to paint products.
- Support customer service and business development activities.
- Provide regular updates on site visits and customer requirements.

Candidate Requirements

- Strong customer-handling abilities.
- Willingness to travel for field and site visits.

Salary & Benefits
