Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce QA Automation Engineer to design, build, and maintain automated testing across our Salesforce, API, and cloud environments. This role covers UI automation with WebdriverIO, API and Salesforce data validation, and running automation suites through Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain existing automated test scripts using WebdriverIO on AWS and GCP and Salesforce.
- Create and maintain Cucumber BDD feature files and step definitions.
- Automate UI and API test scenarios.
- Validate Salesforce data using SOQL and Salesforce APIs.
- Execute automation suites through Jenkins.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Support automated testing across multiple environments.
- Investigate automation failures and perform root-cause analysis.
- Maintain reusable automation utilities and framework components.
- Improve automation coverage, stability, scalability, and execution efficiency.
- Collaborate with Developers, Salesforce teams, Business Analysts, and QA teams.
- Support release validation and regression testing.

Functional Responsibilities

- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining WebdriverIO automation frameworks.
- Understanding of Cucumber feature files, step definitions, hooks, and reusable automation components.
- Experience with environment-based configuration and execution.
- Experience with parallel test execution and improving automation execution time.
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis of automation failures and flaky tests.
- Experience maintaining and executing large-scale regression automation suites.
- Strong experience with Jenkins.
- Ability to configure and execute automated test suites through Jenkins pipelines.
- Understanding of automated regression execution through CI/CD.
- Experience analyzing Jenkins build failures and automation reports.




- Solid understanding of Salesforce application testing.
- Experience testing Salesforce business processes, integrations, and workflows.
- Hands-on experience with SOQL for Salesforce data validation.
- Experience validating data through Salesforce APIs.
- Understanding of Salesforce environments and environment-specific test execution.
- Experience automating REST APIs.
- Ability to validate HTTP status codes, response payloads, JSON structures, business data, and error responses.
- Experience validating API and Salesforce integration scenarios.
- Working knowledge of GCP: Google Cloud Platform.
- Working knowledge of AWS: Amazon Web Services.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Cloud / Salesforce Platform.
