Job Summary

We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Delivery Manager to own end-to-end delivery of Salesforce solutions, from solution consulting and project planning through SDLC execution, release management, and enterprise design, for both product and client engagements.

Responsibilities

- Be accountable and responsible for the end-to-end delivery of application technology solutions in line with strategic business objectives.
- Provide consultation directly to customers around solution options as needed and work with the project team to develop a strategy for execution of product roadmaps.
- Work with key business stakeholders to prioritize planned and unplanned development and maintenance project engagements.
- Work with Business Analysts and Solution Architects to develop a high-level understanding of scope and feasibility of technical solutions, and oversee product planning, delivery, release management, and deployment to ensure technology standards and business needs are met.
- Lead all design/development aspects of SDLC for Salesforce projects in partnership with the PMO, and head project execution, resource deployment, and overall leadership and coordination efforts to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Ensure proper functioning of the Products/Applications, recommend upgrades for them, and escalate any issues, risks, and decisions to the COE Leader or other stakeholders as necessary, developing mitigating actions.
- Ensure standards, procedures, and methodologies in the delivery life cycle are followed, and review projects or deliverables for completeness of thought and consistency of approach and interface.
- Set and enforce design standards, development standards, and operational standards to be followed by the technical team.




- Interface with clients to understand functional and technical requirements.
- Align with the Salesforce architect for overall enterprise design.

Qualifications

- Good knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Framework.
- Must have good knowledge of Apex Triggers, Batch Classes, and Schedulers, LWC, AURA, and Lightning Migration.
- Must have good knowledge of Integration using REST and SOAP.
- Valuable working functional and technical knowledge of at least 1 Salesforce product, e.g. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud.
- Understanding of deployment processes and tools about Salesforce, like SFDX, Git, AutoRabit.
- Understanding of web technologies, such as HTTP, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, DHTML, CSS, AngularJS, jQuery, and JavaScript.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent educational or professional experience and/or qualifications.
- 8+ years of hands-on coding experience on Salesforce and leading development teams.
- 4+ years of overall project delivery experience in Salesforce, with 1-2 Enterprise full life cycle Salesforce/Force.com project implementations as a Delivery Manager.
- Experience with different Salesforce Clouds and Integration technologies.
- Experience using Agile methodologies.
- Must have Salesforce Certifications like Admin, PD1, PD2, JS1, etc.
- Preferred: Architect certification.
- Excellent communication, presentation, influencing, and reasoning skills to earn the support of business leaders, technology leaders, colleagues, and vendor representatives.
