Position Overview

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a highly motivated US Corporate Tax Specialist to join our growing Tax team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in US corporate tax compliance, tax return preparation, tax research, and tax provision activities. This role requires strong technical tax knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to support US clients while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review US Federal, State, and Local Corporate Income Tax Returns.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax provisions.
- Perform tax reconciliations and maintain supporting workpapers.
- Prepare estimated tax payments and extension filings.
- Conduct tax research and analyze the impact of changes in tax legislation.
- Support internal and external tax audits by gathering required documentation.
- Review financial statements and identify tax adjustments.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to resolve tax-related issues.




- Maintain tax records and support process improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- 3-8 years of experience in US Corporate Tax.
- Strong understanding of US Federal and State tax regulations.
- Experience preparing and reviewing corporate tax returns.
- Knowledge of tax provisions, deferred taxes, and tax accounting concepts.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in US Night Shift hours.

Preferred Qualifications

- CPA, EA, CMA, or related qualified certification (completed or pursuing).
- Experience working with multinational organizations or US-based clients.
- Exposure to tax research tools and ERP systems.
