Job SummaryWe are looking for skilled interpreters to facilitate accurate and skilled communication between English-speaking representatives and individuals with limited English proficiency through phone and video interpretation.
Language Requirements (Mandatory)Candidates must be proficient in English and Hindi, along with Gujarati

Key Responsibilities

- Provide accurate, unbiased interpretation without omitting or changing information.
- Support conversations across healthcare, insurance, pharmacy, customer service, and social services.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and company policies.
- Ensure professionalism, cultural sensitivity,



and adherence to quality standards.
- Meet productivity, attendance, and schedule adherence targets.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of professional interpretation experience.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Experience in OPI/VRI interpretation preferred.
- Healthcare or medical interpretation experience is an advantage.
- Interpretation certification or formal training is a plus.
