Role & responsibilities

- Manage the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to placement.
- Source qualified IT professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments based on technical skills, experience, location, work authorization, and client requirements.
- Coordinate with account managers, sales teams, and hiring managers to understand job requirements.
- Submit qualified candidates to clients and follow up on interview feedback.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Negotiate pay rates and compensation within approved guidelines.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, consultants, vendors, and clients.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly submission, interview, and placement targets.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with applicable recruitment and employment requirements..

Preferred candidate profile

Knowledge of tax terms, pay rates, bill rates, and contract staffing.Ability to manage multiple job requirements and candidate pipelines simultaneously.

Ready to work in Night Shift ( 7 PM to 4 AM)
