- Handle inbound calls from customers to generate leads and convert them into paying clients.
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving queries, addressing concerns, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly targets for sales performance metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, and revenue generation.

Job Requirements :
- 0.6-5 years of experience in inside sales or telesales workplace.
- Strong communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM software for tracking customer interactions and data analysis.
