About the Role

We are looking for a hardcore Gaming Growth & User Acquisition Expert who has real-world experience in scaling gaming/mobile applications and driving mass downloads across India.

This is NOT a generic Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing role.

We need someone who has actually worked on Gaming Apps and understands how to take an app from low-scale acquisition to lakhs/millions of quality users while maintaining healthy CPI, CAC, Retention, LTV and ROAS.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and execute Pan-India Gaming App User Acquisition Strategy
- Scale app downloads across Tier 1, Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities
- Manage and optimise Meta, Google UAC/App Campaigns, YouTube, Instagram & other UA channels
- Develop aggressive paid acquisition and growth strategies
- Drive continuous creative testing, A/B testing and campaign optimisation
- Build Gaming Influencer, Creator, YouTuber & Regional Influencer partnerships
- Develop referral, viral and community-led acquisition strategies
- Drive ASO, organic downloads and app-store conversion
- Analyse CPI, CPA, CAC, CTR, CVR, D1/D7/D30 Retention, LTV, ARPU & ROAS
- Work with product/team to improve activation, retention and monetisation
- Identify high-performing geographies, audiences, creatives and channels
- Build strategies for Hindi + Regional Indian markets
- Manage significant monthly marketing budgets and scale campaigns profitably

MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE





Proven experience in Gaming App Marketing / User Acquisition

Hands-on experience scaling mobile/gaming applications

Strong Meta & Google App Campaign expertise

Experience managing substantial performance marketing budgets

Strong understanding of Gaming UA, Retention, LTV & ROAS

Experience with AppsFlyer / Adjust / Branch / Singular or similar MMPs

Experience in Influencer & Creator-led Gaming Growth

Robust understanding of Indian gaming users

Data-driven and highly performance-oriented mindset

- Scaled a gaming app to 1M+ downloads/users
- Managed 10 Lakhs–1 Crore+ monthly marketing budgets
- Worked with Real Money Gaming / Fantasy / Casual / Social Gaming Apps
- Built successful referral/viral acquisition engines
- Experience with regional-language gaming campaigns
- Strong existing network of Indian Gaming Creators/Influencers
