Job Summary

We are looking for a detailed, reliable, and experienced Accountant to oversee our day-to-day financial operations. You will be responsible for managing bookkeeping, client invoicing, vendor payment follow-ups, bank reconciliations, and supporting basic tax compliance (GST, TDS, etc.).

Key Responsibilities

- Day-to-Day Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate, up-to-date daily accounting entries (sales, purchases, receipts, and payments) in Tally / Zoho Books / Excel.
- Invoicing & Accounts Receivable: Issue invoices to clients, track outstanding balances, and send polite follow-ups for timely payment collection.
- Accounts Payable: Verify vendor bills, process timely vendor/utility payments, and track expense vouchers.
- Bank Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank account and credit card reconciliations to ensure ledger accuracy.
- Taxation & Compliance: Assist with filing routine taxes including GST (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and TDS deductions/returns,



coordinating with external CAs/Auditors.
- Payroll Processing: Assist in processing monthly payroll, salaries, and maintaining expense reports.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly trial balances, profit & loss summaries, and cash flow statements for management review.

Requirements

- Experience: 14 years of hands-on experience in general accounting or finance.
- Software Proficiency: Solid working knowledge of Tally (ERP 9 / Prime), Zoho Books, or Quickbooks, along with MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
- Taxation Knowledge: Basic to intermediate understanding of GST filings, TDS calculation, and invoice compliance.
- Accuracy: High attention to detail, precision with numbers, and good organization skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Finance required.
