Job Overview

AO Smith, a leading brand in water purification solutions, is looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates for the position of Sales Officer Trainee in Delhi/NCR.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly sales targets for RO and water purifier products through dealers and distributors.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities and ensure product availability in assigned markets.
- Prepare regular sales reports and market visit reports.




- Travel extensively within the assigned territory to achieve sales targets.

Eligibility Criteria

- Must be a graduate in any discipline.
- Only 2025 and 2026 pass-out candidates are eligible.
- Freshers can apply.
- No active academic backlogs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be interested in field sales and business development.

Mandatory Requirements

- Must own a two-wheeler.
- Must have a valid driving licence.
- Must be comfortable with extensive field travel across Delhi/NCR.
