Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage our social media platforms, create engaging content, grow our online presence, and build a strong brand identity. The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, audience engagement, content strategy, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Create, plan, and publish engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, videos, and captions.
- Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar.
- Monitor social media trends, competitors, hashtags, and audience behavior.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, influencers, and marketing teams.
- Track and analyze social media performance using platform insights and analytics tools.
- Prepare weekly or monthly performance reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Support paid social media campaigns and coordinate with advertising teams when required.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across platforms.
- Identify opportunities to increase reach,



engagement, followers, and conversions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience managing social media accounts and creating content.
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
- Creativity, organization, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

- Social media reach and impressions.
- Engagement rate, likes, comments, shares, and saves.
- Follower growth and community engagement.
- Content consistency and publishing schedule adherence.
