Job Responsibilities

- Analyze project requirements, scope, business needs, and objectives.
- Assist in preparing project management plans, milestones, and timelines.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects on technical designs and system architecture.
- Support high-level design activities based on business and functional requirements.
- Communicate project updates, changes, and decisions to stakeholders.
- Prepare project documentation, including test plans, user manuals, operations manuals, installation guides, and changeover notes.
- Ensure quality reviews of project deliverables and documentation.
- Review test cases for coverage, completeness, and quality.
- Coordinate external reviews, approvals, sign-offs, and stakeholder acceptance.
- Identify, assess,



and mitigate project risks.
- Evaluate change requests, estimate efforts, and assess their impact on project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Candidate Requirements

- 12+ years of total experience in IT, project management, implementation, and monitoring.
- Government project experience is mandatory, with experience in at least 2 projects for Central Government, State Government, or PSU clients.
- Experience managing and implementing at least 2 large-scale projects.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of at least 15 members.
- Experience in web application development.
- Strong project planning, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe Agile certification is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in English or Hindi.
