Job Title: ERP Transformation Specialist (Odoo)

Location: Mumbai
Experience: 4-7 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead migration from Tally Prime to Odoo ERP.
- Manage ERP implementation, testing, go-live, and user adoption.
- Coordinate data migration, reconciliation, and system configuration.
- Optimize finance, accounting, inventory, and business processes.
- Develop MIS reports, dashboards, and financial reporting frameworks.
- Train users and provide post-implementation support.
- Liaise with Finance, IT, Operations, and external implementation partners.

Requirements:

- CA / CPA / ACCA / MBA Finance.
- 4+ years of ERP implementation or transformation experience.
- Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP and financial systems.
- Robust knowledge of accounting, inventory, and business processes.




- Experience in data migration, UAT, and change management.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

- Experience migrating from Tally to Odoo.
- Exposure to multi-country and multi-currency operations.
- Background in trading, manufacturing, or distribution industries.
