Role & responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and services.
- Manage and update the company website, ensuring proper product listings, technical specifications, project portfolios, and SEO optimization.
- Handle social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Generate qualified business leads through Google Ads, social media campaigns, email marketing, and other digital channels.
- Create marketing content, including product brochures, project case studies, promotional creatives, videos, and technical product presentations.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Promote auditorium lighting, stage lighting, professional AV systems, and turnkey installation projects to potential clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and institutions.
- Monitor campaign performance, website traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates using analytics tools.




- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to develop effective marketing strategies and follow up on digital leads.
- Research competitors, industry trends, and new digital marketing opportunities to improve business growth.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, social media management, or lead generation.
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Experience with Canva, Photoshop, video editing tools, or other content creation software is preferred.
- Good written communication skills and the ability to create qualified marketing content.
- B2B marketing and lead-generation experience will be an advantage.
- Experience in lighting, electrical products, AV systems, infrastructure, or project-based industries is preferred.
- Candidates should be creative, analytical, proactive, and focused on generating measurable business results.
