Role & responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts on all GxP-related matters globally.
- Build and maintain robust, trust-based relationships with dedicated key account stakeholders.
- Attend and lead recurring client meetings to provide updates and follow up on open GxP topics.
- Serve as a Key Account Excellence Investigation Writer when required (Issue Reporter or Lead Investigator).
- Conduct detailed investigations through data collection, interviews, collaboration, and analysis.
- Identify root causes and ensure investigations meet client and company timelines.
- Ensure all investigation documentation complies with Marken procedures and client requirements.
- Review investigations related to assigned key accounts and provide quality oversight.




- Partner with functional teams to determine root causes and implement CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
- Track and ensure timely completion of all tasks associated with key account investigations.
- Perform effectiveness checks for investigations when required.
- Escalate and mitigate critical issues and support resolution activities.
- Identify investigation trends and collaborate with the Key Account Excellence team to drive improvements.
- Maintain global compliance for all assigned investigation activities.
- Participate in meetings with management, peers, and site teams to provide updates on GxP-related matters.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and compliance processes
