- Manage Windows servers, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems.
- Troubleshoot issues with server hardware and software using tools like BigFix.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical problems and improve overall system performance.
- Perform routine tasks such as patch management, backups, and monitoring to ensure optimal system health.
Job Requirements :
- 9-19 years of experience in Windows administration.
- Robust knowledge of BigFix for managing IT assets and troubleshooting purposes.
- Experience working on Windows Server environments (2008/2012/2016).
- Proven track record in resolving complex technical issues related to server hardware and software.
