## Hiring: Senior Data Entry Executive

Location: Delhi, India

Experience: Minimum 3 years

Role & responsibilities

- Process customer inquiries and map them to the correct automotive spare parts using part numbers and cross-references.
- Verify purchase prices, previous sales prices, and approved margins to prepare accurate quotations.
- Work extensively on Excel and Zoho ERP for data processing and quotation preparation.
- Create current BP codes for products not available in the existing database.
- Review the work of other team members to ensure accuracy and adherence to processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve product, pricing, and inquiry-related queries.
- Identify discrepancies and resolve data and pricing errors.




- Use AI tools and advanced Excel functions to improve productivity and efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in data entry, sales support, or back-office operations.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, and formulas.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Experience with ERP systems; Zoho ERP experience is an advantage.
- Comfortable using AI tools and learning new technologies.
- Good organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Salary: INR 25,000 - 30,000 per month
