Job Title: Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM) DSA Channel (Home Loans)

*Job Overview*

The Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM) DSA Channel will be responsible for driving home loan sales and business growth across the assigned zone through a network of Direct Sales Agents (DSAs) and Relationship Managers (RMs).

The role involves managing and driving the performance of ASMs/RMs, expanding the DSA network, maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, monitoring business performance, providing market feedback to senior management, and implementing strategies to achieve sales and business objectives.

*Key Responsibilities*

1. Sales Target Achievement

Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual home loan sales targets across the assigned zone.

Drive overall business growth through effective management of the DSA channel.

Ensure ASMs/RMs and DSA partners consistently work towards assigned business targets.

2. DSA Recruitment & Network Expansion

Identify, recruit, and onboard new DSA partners to strengthen the sales network.

Build and maintain a strong and productive DSA network.

Ensure DSA partners are adequately trained on home loan products, processes, and compliance requirements.

3. Team Management & Supervision

Manage and guide ASMs/RMs to achieve business and sales objectives.

Monitor team performance and review progress against targets on a regular basis.

Provide coaching, guidance, and action plans to address performance gaps.

Ensure effective execution of assigned activities and accountability across the team.

4. DSA Relationship Management

Develop and maintain solid, long-term relationships with key DSA partners.

Ensure regular engagement with DSAs to understand business challenges and identify growth opportunities.





Provide necessary support to improve DSA productivity and business conversion.

5. Lead Generation & Business Conversion

Drive lead generation and conversion through the DSA network.

Monitor lead quality, conversion ratios, and overall business pipeline.

Support teams in closing high-value home loan opportunities.

6. Market Analysis & Business Strategy

Analyze market trends, DSA performance, and business opportunities across the zone.

Develop and implement strategies to improve market penetration and business growth.

Share market feedback and business insights with senior management.

Identify new opportunities for expanding the DSA channel.

7. Performance Monitoring

Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance of ASMs/RMs and DSA partners.

Review sales pipelines, target achievement, and productivity metrics.

Establish action plans to improve performance and ensure timely achievement of targets.

8. Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure that business generated through DSAs follows company policies and regulatory requirements.

Monitor risks related to DSA activities, loan documentation, and customer interactions.

Ensure adherence to defined processes and compliance standards.

9. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Credit, Operations, and other internal teams to ensure smooth processing of home loan applications.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve business and operational challenges.

*Key Skills & Qualifications*

Experience: 7+ years of experience in sales within home loans, housing finance, banking, or financial services, with significant experience in team and DSA/channel management.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
