1. LOD 400 modeling: Develop detailed LOD 400 CSA models strictly from approved design documents, IFC drawings, and client instructions, without making design, sizing, or engineering decisions.
2. Shop drawing preparation: Produce accurate, well-dimensioned shop drawings (plans, sections, elevations, and details) from the coordinated model, following project drawing standards and client templates.
3. Coordination and clash resolution: Coordinate CSA models with MEP and other disciplines, identify clashes, and resolve them in line with the approved design. Raise any issue that needs a design decision to the client or design consultant rather than resolving it independently.
4. Markups and revisions: Incorporate consolidated client and consultant markups promptly and accurately. Maintain revision control, track comments, and flag any change that goes beyond the agreed scope or the approved design.
5. Quality and file management: Carry out model and drawing quality checks before submission, follow BIM and naming standards, and manage project files on local drives according to the agreed workflow.
