Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with hands-on expertise across Recruiting Management (RCM), Learning Management System (LMS), and Compensation. The consultant will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, implementation, enhancements, and production support across the SuccessFactors landscape.

Key Responsibilities

SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM)

- Configure and support end-to-end SuccessFactors Recruiting processes.
- Work on requisition templates, candidate application templates, offer processes, recruiting workflows, and approvals.
- Support recruiting roles, permissions, notifications, and business rules.
- Troubleshoot RCM functional/configuration issues and support ongoing enhancements.
- Participate in testing, defect resolution, deployment, and post-go-live support.

SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS)

- Configure and support SuccessFactors Learning functionality.
- Manage learning items, curricula/programs, assignments, learning administration, and related workflows.
- Support learning roles, permissions, notifications, and reporting requirements.
- Troubleshoot LMS issues and work with business teams on enhancements and process improvements.
- Support testing, releases, and production activities.

SuccessFactors Compensation

- Configure and support SuccessFactors Compensation processes.
- Work with compensation templates, worksheets, eligibility rules, guidelines, budgets, route maps, and approval workflows.
- Support annual compensation cycles, salary reviews, and related configuration requirements.
- Troubleshoot compensation-cycle issues and provide functional support during critical business periods.
- Assist with testing, validation, reporting, and deployment activities.

Cross-Module Responsibilities





- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SuccessFactors solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scenarios, and user documentation.
- Perform unit testing, system integration testing support, UAT support, and defect resolution.
- Work with HR, business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
- Support integrations between SuccessFactors and other HR/enterprise applications.
- Analyze production issues, identify root causes, and implement appropriate fixes.
- Support SuccessFactors releases, regression testing, and continuous improvements.
- Ensure solutions follow established security, data privacy, and HR process requirements.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors RCM, LMS, and Compensation.
- Positive understanding of end-to-end HR business processes.
- Strong SuccessFactors configuration and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with Role-Based Permissions (RBP), workflows, business rules, and reporting.
- Experience in implementation, enhancement, and production-support environments.
- Knowledge of integrations and SuccessFactors data structures/interfaces is desirable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to independently manage functional requirements through testing and deployment.

Preferred Qualifications

- SAP SuccessFactors certification in one or more relevant modules is preferred.
- Experience working on end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations or major enhancement projects.
- Exposure to other SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, or Succession would be an advantage.

Experience

Suggested: 8+ years of SAP/HR technology experience with strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors and demonstrated expertise in RCM, LMS, and Compensation.
