We are looking for an experienced Tech Recruiter with 2-4 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should be strong in sourcing, screening, interview coordination, stakeholder management, and offer-to-joiner conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions across various IT skills.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Understand technical JDs and identify candidates based on skills, experience, location, notice period, and compensation.
- Conduct effective initial screening and technical profiling of candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
- Manage the recruitment pipeline from sourcing screening interview selection offer joining.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in the ATS/Recruitment MIS.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and improve candidate quality.
- Follow up with selected candidates regularly to ensure offer acceptance and joining.
- Meet defined weekly/monthly recruitment targets and TAT.
- Maintain strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills
- 24 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
- Solid experience in domestic IT hiring.
- Good understanding of technical skills such as Java, .NET, Python, React, Angular, Cloud, DevOps, QA, Data, etc.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong Boolean search and candidate sourcing skills.
- Good communication and candidate management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on closures and joining ratios.
Preferred Candidate
- Candidates from Delhi NCR / Noida preferred.
- Should be comfortable working in afternoon/evening shifts.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred.
- Candidates with experience in a recruitment agency/RPO or high-volume IT hiring environment will be preferred.
