Role & responsibilities:

- Communicate effectively in French and English, as required for the role.
- Handle customer or business-related queries professionally.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely resolution of queries.
- Maintain quality standards and adhere to established processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.

Preferred candidate profile :

- Graduation is mandatory.
- For B2 level, 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience and certifications would be required.
- Freshers are not eligible.
- Candidates must possess the required French proficiency level (B2).
- B2 certification is mandatory for the role.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Candidates must be flexible with shifts.
- Flexibility to work according to business requirements is essential.
