Role Summary

The Systems Automation Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying and supporting enterprise automation solutions across IT infrastructure, identity management, service management, security and Microsoft 365 platforms. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in PowerShell automation, API integrations, SQL Server,



CI/CD practices and production support within enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop enterprise-grade automation using PowerShell.
- Build reusable modules, functions and automation frameworks.
- Integrate systems using REST and GraphQL APIs.
- Develop and maintain SQL Server database objects, stored procedures and queries.
- Automate workflows involving ServiceNow, Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft Graph and Microsoft 365 services.
- Manage source control, code reviews and CI/CD deployments.
- Troubleshoot production automation issues and implement continuous improvements.
- Ensure security, governance, auditability and operational excellence across automation solutions.
