Key Skills Required:
- Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and XML
- Good understanding of ITSM concepts and ITIL methodologies
- Experience in Incident Management and Service Request Management
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration, testing, and documentation
- Solid troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills
- Experience in ServiceNow implementation, administration, or support
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- ITIL Foundation certification is an added advantage
