- Experience: 510 Years
Key Skills Required:
- Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and XML
- Familiarity with ITSM concepts and ITIL methodologies
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Understanding of ServiceNow configuration, testing, and documentation
- Knowledge of incident management and service requests
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- ServiceNow implementation, administration, or support experience
- ITIL Foundation certification is an added advantage
