Role & responsibilities

The ideal candidate should possess hands-on expertise in Surgery Coding and/or Interventional Radiology (IVR) Coding, with a strong understanding of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems. Candidates should demonstrate high levels of coding accuracy, quality compliance, and productivity while ensuring adherence to industry guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile

Domain Expertise:

Cardiology Coding

- Experience in coding diagnostic, interventional, and device-related cardiac procedures.
- Knowledge of cardiac catheterization and related cardiovascular procedures.

Cardiothoracic Surgery Coding

- Expertise in coding cardiothoracic surgical procedures and associated services.
- Solid understanding of cardiac surgery documentation and coding guidelines.

Vascular Coding (IVR)

- Coding experience in arterial and venous procedures outside the heart.
- Exposure to both open vascular surgeries and endovascular interventions.

- Mandatory Certification: CPC / CCS / COC
