Job Summary:
The International Voice Process Executive plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to clients worldwide. This role involves:

- Handling inbound and outbound calls

- Addressing customer inquiries

- Resolving issues efficiently

- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Support: Handle inbound calls from customers/clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests professionally and efficiently.

- Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, colleagues, and departments to ensure a seamless experience.

- Documentation:



Record all interactions accurately, including inquiries, resolutions, and relevant details.

- Quality Assurance: Adhere to quality and compliance standards, ensuring accuracy and consistency in customer interactions.

- Multilingual Support: Provide assistance in multiple languages as required, serving a diverse customer base.

- Adaptability: Adjust to changes in processes, technologies, and customer needs.

- Team Collaboration: Work with team members to share knowledge, best practices, and foster a positive environment.

Salary: 16,000 per month
Note: Night shifts applicable only for 4 months.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred.

- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Telugu required.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends if required.

- Cultural sensitivity and ability to work with a diverse customer base.
