Role & responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning: Your role will include Complete Strategies planning to achieve Target.

Target consists of (1) Revenue (2) Positioning of the company (3) Retaining of old clients

and adding of new clients. Target to be set Yearly and every quarterly.

2. Marketing Management: Your role includes working with marketing department and are

responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, branding initiatives,

advertising efforts, and public relations activities to ensure consistent messaging, effective

lead generation, Market research, Customer insight and brand positioning

3. Sales Management: Your role is to lead the sales department, including sales managers

and Client servicing,set salestargets, establish sales processes, and implement

strategies to drive sales growth. monitoring sales performance, analyzing sales data,

and identify areas for improvement. Reports must be given to Management weekly,

every Friday.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Your role will need to collaborate with other departments,





such as Client Servicing,Creative, operations, and finance, to align marketing and sales

strategies with overall business objectives. They ensure coordination between

departments to drive customer-centric approaches and enhance customer experience.

5. Budgeting: Your role will need to ensure the company achieves the Target with margin as

per the company norms of 25% before service charges (average) for each business.

6. Performance Analysis and Reporting: Your role will include every week report on sales

metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs) and other data to measure the effectiveness of

strategies and campaigns. Data updates on CRM regularly.

7. Learn Leadership and Development: Your role will include recruit, train, and mentor Client

servicing and Operation teams, fostering a high-performing and collaborative work

setting. provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to

team members.
