(Primary Skills) - 1. Client communication - Executive communication, valuable experience and exposure to working with client on requirement gathering, testing status updates, highlighting risks & mitigation, defect triage.
2. Accountability and Ownership - Candidate will be working on assigned track independently post the transition period (2-3 weeks) thus He/she should be able to handle E2E testing process of dedicated testing track.
3. SQL - Expertise in SQL writing for complex business logic transformations and performing analytics on data as per use case
4. Automation Experience - Experience using python/pyspark in automating manual/repeated checks performed or experience in using automation framework for execution, handling different file systems (csv,json etc.)

Experience working in Data Migration or Modernization projects. i.e. aware of Cloud platform (AWS/AZURE/GCP).
6. Insurance Domain knowledge
7. Prior knowledge or experience working with Databricks(Aws/Azure) (Good to have skill) - Insurance based domain knowledge, Databricks testing,
