Qualification: Intermediate (12th Pass) / Any Graduation

Shift: Rotational Night Shifts

Transportation: One-Way Cab Facility

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle non-voice tasks, including email, chat, and back-office support.
- Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in internal systems.
- Review documents and maintain records.
- Follow process guidelines and quality standards.
- Complete assigned tasks within the given timelines.

Eligibility Criteria

- Intermediate (12th Pass) candidates are also eligible.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Valuable written communication skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational night shifts.
