Job Summary:
Our client is a financial services firm specializing in US tax preparation, tax filing, compliance, and client support. The Client Relationship Officer will manage client communication, coordinate document collection, follow up on payments and tax filing requirements, and ensure a smooth client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate with clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other approved channels.
- Understand client requirements and explain the tax-filing process.
- Follow up with clients for required documents and information.
- Coordinate with tax preparation and payment teams.
- Update client interactions, follow-ups, and commitments.
- Resolve client queries and escalate technical tax-related questions.




- Maintain client relationships and ensure timely query resolution.
- Maintain confidentiality of client financial and personal information.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 6 Month to 3 years of experience in customer support, client relationship management, BPO, banking, finance, and US Taxation or related fields.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong follow-up and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of accounting or taxation is an advantage.
