- Prepare cost estimates, material take-offs, and labour cost calculations.

- Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations to ensure competitive pricing.

- Prepare tender submissions, commercial proposals, and cost breakdowns.

- Coordinate with design, procurement, project, and commercial teams to clarify technical and commercial requirements.

- Identify discrepancies, missing information, and potential cost risks in tender documents.

- Prepare rate analysis for materials, labour, equipment, and subcontract works.

- Follow up with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations and technical clarifications.

- Maintain estimation records, cost databases, and historical project pricing information.





- Assist in value engineering and cost optimisation while ensuring compliance with project specifications.

- Support post-tender clarifications, negotiations, and handover of awarded projects to the execution team.
