Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager-Finance to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and support day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. The role requires someone who can work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks. This role offers an excellent opportunity for skilled growth and development within the finance department.

Exp- 3 to 5 years in (US Accounting)

Location- Hyderabad-Hitech City

Education- Inter CA

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, reports, and statements
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Conduct financial analysis and generate reports as needed
- Manage intercompany workings on a month-to-month basis
- Maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets
- Support and ensure timely completion of month-end and year-end closing processes




- Support in the implementation and maintenance of financial policies and procedures
- Manage AP sheets, perform reconciliations, and coordinate related communications
- Assist with MCA compliances & audit compliances
- Other duties as assigned by the Finance Manager
- Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) is an advantage
- Knowledge of US accounting and taxation is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of integrity and professionalism
