About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, analytically minded marketing professional to drive lead generation, improve campaign performance, and support broader marketing initiatives.
The role combines hands-on digital marketing, agency coordination, campaign analysis, and creative execution, working closely with the Sales and Management teams to deliver measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities

- Digital Campaigns: Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms to generate quality leads.
- Performance & Analytics: Monitor campaign budgets, CPL, conversions, and lead quality. Use GA4, Meta Pixel, CRM data, and other analytics tools to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Sales Alignment: Work closely with the Sales team to improve lead quality, site visits, and customer conversions.
- Creative & Content: Develop campaign briefs, advertising copy, social media content, and other marketing communications.
- Agency Coordination: Manage creative agencies, digital consultants,



and vendors to ensure effective and timely execution.
- Brand & Marketing Initiatives: Support branding, offline campaigns, customer testimonials, influencer collaborations, and other marketing activities.
- Reporting & Research: Track campaign performance, study competitors and market trends, and recommend actionable improvements.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 25 years of marketing experience, preferably with exposure to digital or performance marketing.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
- Robust analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams and agencies.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to take ownership and deliver results.

Preferred: Experience in real estate, high-value products or services, or lead-generation-driven businesses.
