Role & responsibilities :-

Job Title: Dynatrace Implementation Engineer

Experience: 5+ years overall, with 3+ years of relevant Dynatrace/APM experience
Work Location:Remote

Key Responsibilities:

- Install and configure Dynatrace OneAgent and ActiveGate.
- Implement full-stack and infrastructure monitoring for enterprise applications.
- Configure dashboards, alerts, Management Zones, tags, workflows, and SLOs.
- Work with DQL, logs, metrics, distributed traces, Smartscape, and Davis problem analysis.
- Implement Synthetic Monitoring and Real User Monitoring (RUM).
- Integrate Dynatrace with ServiceNow for event and incident management.
- Troubleshoot monitoring issues, perform root-cause analysis, and support production hypercare.
- Prepare technical documentation, test evidence, runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge-transfer materials.
- Required Skills:





- Strong hands-on Dynatrace implementation and administration experience.
- OneAgent, ActiveGate, DQL, dashboards, alerting, and full-stack monitoring.
- ServiceNow integration and event-management experience.
- Scripting and API knowledge for automation and configuration.
- Windows/Linux, infrastructure monitoring, and production troubleshooting.
- Good communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
