Must have experience in API - CDMO and able to handling multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- To timely kick off the awarded project
- To timely prepare and update a comprehensive Gantt chart for the project delivery schedule
- Regularly coordinate with CFT comprising PR&D;, AR&D;, PE, QA, QC, production, etc., through daily meetings as well as issue-based meetings.
- To prepare and update the comprehensive action tracker for the project activities
- To send the prescheduled updates to the customer and BD
- To schedule the telcons/VC with customers and facilitate discussion between technical teams
- To present the project status in the Project Review Meetings with the Central Delivery Review Team (CDRT)




- To highlight and escalate the roadblocks or anticipated roadblocks to the senior management team
- To ensure complete and timely documentation on project closure
- To timely raise the invoice and update finance and BD of the same
