We are hiring experienced professionals for multiple leadership, training, and quality roles in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Pre-Authorization. Candidates must have relevant US Healthcare RCM experience and meet the role-specific eligibility criteria.

Open Positions & Eligibility

AR Caller

- Experience: Minimum 1+ year in AR Calling PB or HB
- Qualification: Graduation is mandatory
- Notice Period: Immediate joiners to candidates with up to 60 days' notice period
- Relieving Letter: Mandatory
- Work Location: Hyderabad
- Shift: Night Shift
- Interview: Walk-In

Prior Authorization Voice Process

- Experience: Minimum 1+ year in Pre-Authorization Voice Process
- Qualification: Graduation is mandatory
- Notice Period: Up to 30 days
- Shift: Night Shift
- Work Mode: WFO only
- Cab Facility: 2-way cab up to 30 km
- Relieving Letter: Mandatory
- Work Location: Hyderabad

Pre-Authorization Supervisor

- Experience: 5+ years in Pre-Authorization
- Mandatory: 1+ year of Team Lead experience on paper
- CTC:



Up to 10 LPA + 8,800 allowances
- Notice Period: Up to 30 days
- Interview: Walk-In
- Work Location: Hyderabad

AR Callers

- Experience: Minimum 1 year in AR Calling PB or HB
- Qualification: Graduation is mandatory
- Work Location: Noida
- Shift: 5:30 PM 2:30 AM
- Transportation: 2-Way Cab Facility up to 30 KM

AR Callers

- Experience: Minimum 1+ year in AR Calling
- Qualification: Intermediate and above
- Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred
- Relieving Letter: Not mandatory
- Work Location: Coimbatore
- Shift: Night shift
- Work Mode: WFO only

Common Requirements

- Solid knowledge of US Healthcare RCM processes.
- Relevant experience in AR Calling or Pre-Authorization, depending on the role.
- Mandatory leadership, training, or quality experience as specified for the position.
- Willingness to work night shifts from the Hyderabad office.
- Candidates must be comfortable attending the specified interview rounds.
