Key Responsibilities

- Drive life insurance sales through branch walk-ins, customer references, and lead generation activities.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers to improve retention and policy persistency.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned by the organization.
- Cross-sell and up-sell life insurance products to existing customers based on their financial needs.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and timely resolution of customer queries and complaints.
- Conduct customer meetings and financial need analysis to recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Maintain strong engagement with loyal customers and execute retention initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines, company policies,



and operational processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance, servicing, renewals, and claims support.
- Monitor branch business performance and prepare regular sales and activity reports.
- Build a solid customer database and generate referrals for new business opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline
- 6-10 years of experience in Life Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, or Direct Sales.
- Strong understanding of life insurance products and sales processes.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and customer servicing skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
