Job Summary

We are looking for a Store Executive to manage day-to-day store operations, inventory control, material receipt and issuance, and stock reconciliation. The candidate should have experience in handling stores and warehouse activities in a manufacturing workplace, preferably from the building materials, construction chemicals, cement, paints, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage inward and outward movement of materials.
- Receive materials and prepare GRN (Goods Receipt Note).
- Issue materials to production departments as per requirement.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock registers.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and reconciliation.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the Purchase team for replenishment.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and preservation of materials.




- Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices for inventory management.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Logistics, and Quality departments.
- Maintain housekeeping and safety standards within the store.
- Update transactions in ERP/SAP/Tally systems.

Qualification
