Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist with strong expertise in Machine Learning, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling. The candidate will work with business and technical teams to develop data-driven solutions and improve business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement Machine Learning models for prediction and classification.
- Perform data analysis, data cleaning, and feature engineering.
- Build and optimize predictive models using customer and business data.
- Develop recommendation systems and customer propensity models.
- Create and maintain end-to-end Machine Learning pipelines.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Software Engineers, and business teams.
- Evaluate model performance and improve accuracy.





Mandatory Skills:

- 5+ years of experience in Data Science.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Hands-on experience in Machine Learning and predictive modeling.
- Knowledge of statistics and data analysis.
- Experience with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn.
- Experience building and evaluating ML models.
- Valuable problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with recommendation engines and customer propensity models.
- Knowledge of SQL and data visualization.
- Experience with model deployment and ML pipelines.
