- Implement configuration management best practices and CMDB governance.
- Handle incident, problem, and change management activities.
- Analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify and resolve root causes.
- Lead CI discovery and improve configuration management processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor junior team members.
